Therapy for when life changes. Therapy for creating possibilities. Therapy for making meaning. Therapy for becoming connected.

Therapy for when life changes. Therapy for creating possibilities. Therapy for making meaning. Therapy for becoming connected.

I work with individuals, couples, and families to navigate life’s expected yet unexpected transitions, losses, and gains;

old and new trauma, big mistakes, breaking up, moving boxes, coming out, planning a wedding, fighting in the kitchen, and so much more.

Our lives have cycles and seasons, creating new experiences and calling on the past in challenging and meaningful ways.

With acceptance and safety, change invites us to heal, breaking us open to greater wonder, authentic choice, and connection.

Therapy

  • Couple

    No matter your relationship structure or the kind of love you share, couples therapy is a space for two people to intentionally reshape their relationship. No dirty dish is too small or feeling too big; we know that everything in the space between us means something.

  • Family

    Family of origin pain can feel like the deepest wound. Chosen family conflict can feel like a never-ending complexity. Showing up with your family to heal and mend and understand is a feat of bravery and love. With all your people in the room, the possibilities for change are immense.

  • Individual

    In individual therapy, all of the work we do together happens within the container of our relationship. I aim to honor you for the complex person that you are. What can we create and discover together that is uniquely ours? How does your past inform this moment together, and shape the future?

In-person therapy conveniently located in the Pearl District of Portland.
